PROGRAM OVERVIEWS:
a) U13 Tier 1-2
Our U13 Tier 1/2 program is designed to prepare players for entry into the Alberta Premier Development League (APDL) the following year. With multiple training contacts per week, including sessions led by Canada Soccer–certified coaches and technical specialists, players are challenged to compete at a higher standard. Tactical understanding, position-specific work, and video review are introduced to support individual development and team performance. This program is ideal for players committed to the game and aiming to pursue high-level opportunities.
b) U13 Tier 3-5
U13 Tier 3+ is tailored for players still refining their technical foundation or balancing other interests. With one less weekly contact than Tier 1/2, players still benefit from structured, meaningful training and competition. Sessions focus on improving comfort on the ball, game IQ, and confidence in a supportive environment. Players in Tier 3+ may transition into the high-performance stream in future seasons or continue to enjoy the game at their own pace.
c) U14/U15 Tier 1-2
This stream is designed for players working toward entry into the APDL program. Athletes train twice per week with their Canada Soccer–certified team coach and receive an additional weekly strength & conditioning session with The LAB, our certified performance partner. The program emphasizes tactical understanding, physical growth, and high-performance habits. Players in Tier 1/2 also have the option to add a third session each week through our MUSC+ block training program, which provides additional technical and individual development in small-group settings.
d) U14/U15 Tier 3-5
Tier 3+ players train once per week and play one game per week, following a schedule designed to keep soccer fun, consistent, and challenging without the demand of a high-performance environment. Players in this stream are still supported in developing their skills and understanding of the game. For those seeking extra growth, Tier 3+ players also have the option to join the MUSC+ program for an added weekly training opportunity in a flexible, progression-based setting.
e) U16/U17 Tier 1-2
Players in this stream are working toward APDL selection or college/university recruitment. Athletes train twice per week with their team coach, participate in a weekly strength & conditioning session with The LAB, and follow a curriculum focused on tactical mastery, physical readiness, and tactical development. Players can also opt into the MUSC+ block program, which provides a third weekly training session focused on high-rep technical and positional work in small-group settings.
f) U16/U17 Tier 3-5
Tier 3+ is perfect for players who still enjoy the competitive environment but with a more flexible time commitment. Players train once per week and play one game per week, with the option to add an extra MUSC+ session if they want additional technical development. While the main focus is enjoyment, players in this stream still receive quality coaching and can pursue future opportunities based on their goals and growth.
g) U18/U19 Tier 2
This stream is built for players who are actively preparing to transition into college or university soccer environments. Athletes train twice per week with their Canada Soccer–certified team coach and attend a weekly strength and conditioning session with The LAB, helping them develop the physical, tactical, and mental tools required at the next level. The curriculum includes college-level training principles, positional work, video review, and exposure to recruitment opportunities. Players in Tier 1/2 can also opt into the MUSC+ block program for a third weekly session that focuses on high-repetition technical work, individual development, and small-group intensity.
h) U18/U19 Tier 3-5
Tier 3 is designed for athletes who love the game and want to continue playing competitively in a more flexible environment. Players train once per week and participate in one weekly game, maintaining their technical sharpness and connection to the sport without the demands of a college-prep schedule. This stream is ideal for players focused on fitness, fun, and competition — while still leaving the door open to future opportunities. Tier 3 players may also choose to enroll in the MUSC+ program if they want additional technical development and more time on the ball.

The U9/U10/U11 In-Development program is for players born in 2017/16/15 who want to enjoy soccer in a fun, team-first environment. All sessions take place in-house at the Calgary Soccer Centre, with one practice and one game per week. This setup provides consistency and helps players feel comfortable and confident.
The focus at this age is on developing basic skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting, while also introducing simple team concepts such as spacing, defending together, and moving without the ball. Coaches create a positive, supportive atmosphere where every player gets equal playing time and a chance to grow.
There are no tryouts or standings in this program. Instead, we aim to build a love for the game by keeping sessions fun, active, and inclusive. Parents can expect a safe environment where their child will learn, make friends, and enjoy the experience of being part of a team.
